Exchange & Return Policy:

Items purchased from The Perfect Prints are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

Free Exchanges
We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you wont be charged extra to exchange the product(s). It's on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

Note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue within seven days of delivery.

In case of a size issue or the wrong product is received, you can raise the exchange request within seven days of delivery of the product (including the day of delivery). We will exchange the product with another size or the correct product only of the same value. There are no extra charges, and we will arrange to have the reverse pickup.

The products must have the original sticker label attached, be folded correctly, and be adequately packed so they are not damaged in transit. Without it, the exchange will not be processed.

Return & Refund
We do refunds only in genuine cases of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of faulty products, you have to email our customer support executives at support@theperfectprints.com or what's app on 7349240156 along with the details of the order, the nature of the issues, and photographs of the defective product.

The refund will be provided in the same bank account from where the money was deducted or in case of COD to your given bank account.
